Which construction for which team
Softshell is the default for office, retail and field staff: a bonded three-layer shell that resists wind, takes embroidery cleanly and layers over a polo. Puffers and gilets, with recycled or down-alternative fill in baffled or channel quilting, suit winter site teams and brand drops alike. Varsity, with a melton body and leather-look or knit sleeves, belongs to schools, clubs and streetwear labels. Sizes and colours inside one design
Fifty pieces per design is the minimum, and the sizes inside that run are yours to set, so a team of mixed builds is one order rather than several. The design is the construction, the colourway and the artwork together: the same softshell in navy and in black is two designs, each with its own fifty-piece minimum, and a softshell and a gilet in the same navy are two designs as well. Where managers want a second colour or drivers want a gilet, say so at quote stage and we lay the minimums out before anything is priced.
Labels, hangtags and what the quote covers
Every jacket can carry your woven label at the neck, a custom size label and a hangtag, and ship in a printed polythene bag with a size sticker, so the stock arrives ready to hand out or sell. Private label is standard. The quote itemises the construction, the decoration per position and the labelling, so you can see what each line costs. Delivery is tracked, charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted separately; import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Production is 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval, and outerwear with linings and hardware sits at the longer end of that range.

Embroidery, heat-sealed transfers or patches
The construction decides the method more than the artwork does. Embroidery is the standard on softshell, fleece, gilets and puffers, because a stitched logo survives weather and repeated washing. A waterproof rain shell takes a heat-sealed transfer instead, since a needle would pierce the taped membrane and let water in. Varsity jackets carry chenille, woven or leather-look patches on the chest, back and sleeves. Hi-vis follows the same rules as its base fabric. Outerwear is bulky, so freight is quoted openly as its own line, charged on the weight and dimensions of the consignment, and every shipment is tracked. Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
