Who they suit
Headwear is the add-on that finishes a range and travels further than any other item, because a cap is worn out of the house rather than at home. Streetwear brands run it as a low-cost entry to the label, festivals and events sell it at the merch stand, clubs and teams order it for supporters and staff, and companies use it as a gift that actually gets worn. Wholesale custom caps suit all of these because the decoration is usually a single embroidery and there is no size grade to manage. The 50-piece minimum per design is reachable for a first drop or a single event.
Styles and construction
Six shapes cover most briefs. The snapback has a flat peak and a structured front, the dad cap is soft and unstructured with a curved peak, the trucker pairs a solid front with a mesh back, the 5-panel is the lower-profile camp style, the fitted cap has no adjuster, and the beanie covers winter. Structured styles are built on buckram so the front panel holds its shape under the embroidery, sweatbands are a quality grade that keeps the inside clean, and closures are specified to hold. Most styles are one-size adjustable, which removes sizing from the order entirely.
Embroidery, patches and print
Embroidery is the standard decoration on a cap and the one most customers expect. Flat embroidery suits fine detail and text; 3D puff raises the main letterforms or a bold mark off the front panel and is the premium look on a snapback or fitted. Woven patches reproduce detail too fine to stitch directly, and leather-look patches give a dad cap or trucker a quieter, premium finish. Printing is reserved for full-colour or photographic artwork that embroidery cannot reproduce. Artwork for a cap front should be bold and simple; our in-house designers can simplify a complex logo so it stitches cleanly at cap scale.
Under-brims, labels and private label
A cap has more branding surfaces than its front panel. The under-brim can be printed in a brand colour or a pattern, the closure can be matched or branded, a woven label can sit on the side panel or the back, and a second small embroidery on the side or rear is common. For private label, the inside woven label carries your brand, and hangtags, custom printed polythene bags and branded packaging are quoted with the run. Because caps have no size grade, a design is simply its style and colourway; a second colourway of the same cap is a separate design with its own 50-piece minimum.

What the price includes
The starting price is per piece at the 50-piece minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing

What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10–15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
Private label with woven labels, neck labels and hangtags, branded packaging, and printed polythene bags with size stickers so a run ships folded and bagged. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.
