Cut & Sew Manufacturing

Cut and sew means the garment itself is made to your design: fabric is cut to a pattern and sewn, rather than decorating a stock blank. It is how a brand gets its own fit, fabric, trims and details, and it is the next step up from private label decoration.

Products we make this way

When do you need cut and sew?

When a stock blank cannot give you the fit, fabric or detail your design needs — a specific oversized cut, a particular fabric weight, custom trims or all-over panels.

  • Your own fit and pattern
  • Choice of fabric and weight
  • Custom hardware and trims

What do I need to start?

A tech pack is ideal: drawings, measurements, fabric and trims. If you do not have one, send reference garments and sketches and we work through the details with you before sampling.

Why sample before bulk?

A cut-and-sew garment is new, so a sample confirms the fit, fabric and finish before you commit to a run. The £150 sample fee is credited against your bulk order.
