Where your order is made
Velocity Wear's own production team in Lahore cuts, stitches, embroiders and finishes every order. These are the rooms it happens in.
The pattern room
Every garment starts as a paper pattern. The patterns for each style and size hang here, and your garment, colours and logo stay on file, so a reorder months later is cut to match the first run.
The stitching room
Cut panels are sewn together on Juki industrial sewing machines: seams, cuffs, hems, and your own neck and care labels when the order is private label.
Multi-head embroidery
Tajima multi-head machines stitch the same logo on several garments at once, every piece from the same digitised file, so a run of 50 matches from the first piece to the last.
The thread wall
Embroidery thread is kept in stock across a wide range of colours, so the thread is chosen to match your logo, and its code stays on file for the reorder.

- 50 pieces per design, 10–15 working days from artwork approval, before shipping.

- £150 for one or two samples, worldwide shipping included. Place a bulk order afterwards and the £150 comes off your invoice.
