Weight, wash and hardware, decided together
Denim weight sets the character before any wash is applied: lighter cloth around 8 oz drapes and breaks in quickly, while 14 oz and above holds a boxy shape and takes heavy distressing without going thin. Raw and rinse washes keep the indigo dark for a clean label look; stonewash, vintage and acid effects each fade differently and are matched to a reference. Buttons, rivets and zips are specified to the design, and topstitch runs contrast or tonal. Because a wash cannot be undone, we approve it on a sample before the main run is cut.
The back panel is the billboard
A denim jacket gives you the largest clean panel in the range, and most brands use it. Woven or leather-look back patches sit at the yoke, embroidery can run large across the centre back, and a bold back print covers the whole panel for a drop that reads from across the street. Chest embroidery does the quieter work. Inside, a custom neck label, woven size label and hangtag finish the private label. Each position is agreed in the quote and shown on a digital mockup before a needle touches cloth.
Pricing from £45, and how volume moves it
Denim jackets start from £45 per piece at the fifty-piece minimum, with the wash, hardware and branding agreed in the quote so the figure covers the finished jacket rather than a blank. Volume pricing applies on this range: larger runs step down, up to 35% off at 1,000 pieces and over. Shipping is additional and tracked, charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment; import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. A sample of one or two pieces costs £150 including worldwide shipping and is credited against the bulk order, which is the sensible place to sign off the wash.

What the price includes
The starting price is per piece at the 50-piece minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing

What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10–15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
Private label with woven labels, neck labels and hangtags, branded packaging, and printed polythene bags with size stickers so a run ships folded and bagged. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.
