Who they suit
A tracksuit is two garments sold as one decision, which is why it is the highest-value item most brands and clubs put on the rail. Streetwear and athleisure labels sell it as the hero co-ord of a drop, football and rugby clubs issue it as travel and training wear, schools and academies order it as kit, and gyms outfit their training teams in it. Wholesale custom tracksuits suit all four because the top and the jogger are specified, cut and branded as a pair rather than bought separately and hoped to match. The minimum is 50 sets per design, a set being one top and one jogger.
Fleece or lightweight poly, from one batch
Two fabric routes. Brushed-back fleece from 280 to 450 GSM is the choice for a retail or streetwear set and for a club's off-pitch tracksuit, with the heavier end giving the structured, premium feel. Lightweight poly suits training kit that needs to dry quickly and stack in a kit bag. Whichever you choose, the top and the jogger are cut from the same batch and the same dye lot. That is the detail that separates a tracksuit from a hoodie and a pair of joggers bought separately: greys, navies and off-whites from two batches rarely agree, and in a squad photo the difference shows. The fabric is pre-shrunk and colour-locked.
Tops, joggers and independent sizing
The top can be hooded, quarter-zip, full-zip or a crew neck; the jogger can be tapered or straight. Clubs tend to specify a quarter-zip or full-zip with a straight jogger, brands a hoodie with a tapered leg, but any pairing is a single design. Sizes run independently for the top and the bottom, so a squad list of XL tops with L joggers, or any other mix, is produced exactly as listed. Sizes are mixed freely within the 50-set minimum. A second colourway, or a second top style on the same fleece, is a separate design with its own 50-set minimum.
Decoration for teams and brands
The top and the jogger are branded as one. For a club, that usually means an embroidered crest on the chest and the hip, a sponsor by screen print or DTF, and heat-sealed initials or numbers so each set is assigned to a player. For a brand, tonal or 3D puff embroidery on both pieces, matched thread codes and woven labels at the neck and waistband, with branded drawcord tips. For private label, hangtags, custom printed polythene bags with size stickers and branded packaging are quoted with the run so a set ships folded as a pair. Artwork, thread codes and size grade stay on file for the next season.

Send the crest or logo, the fabric route, the top style and jogger cut, and the size list with tops and bottoms listed separately. An itemised quote comes back within 1 hour on a working day, and our designers prepare a digital mockup of both pieces. Production starts once you approve it and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days, with the top and the jogger made side by side so they leave together as sets. The balance is due when the order is ready to ship. A sample set first costs £150 and is credited against the bulk order.
Embroidery, print, DTF or heat-sealed numbers
Embroidery is the long-lasting choice for a crest or logo on fleece, and tonal or 3D puff embroidery gives a brand set a premium finish. Screen printing suits a bold graphic in a few flat colours across a large run, and DTF reproduces full-colour artwork with fine detail. Heat-sealed names, initials and numbers personalise each set for a squad without changing the design. Most club tracksuits pair an embroidered crest with heat-sealed initials, while brand sets tend to keep to embroidery on both pieces.

The price per set falls as the run grows: up to 20% off from 100 sets, up to 27% from 500 and up to 35% at 1,000 or more. Delivery is quoted as a separate line, charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

The starting price is per set at the 50-set minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing

What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
