Who it’s for
Corporate Uniforms in detail
Fabrics and weights, by role
Front-of-house polos run 200–220 GSM piqué cotton or a 65/35 poly-cotton where daily hot washing matters more than handle. Kitchen and workshop garments move to 240 GSM twill or a poly-cotton drill that resists snagging and holds a press. Fleeces and hoodies for outdoor or warehouse teams sit at 300–340 GSM. Every fabric we quote for uniforms is pre-shrunk and colour-locked, because a uniform that fades out of match after a quarter is a uniform you buy twice.
Wash durability
Uniform fabric is specified for industrial laundering, not domestic care labels: 60°C wash cycles, tumble drying and the colourfastness to survive both. Embroidery is the default branding for exactly this reason — a stitched logo does not crack, peel or ghost the way a print eventually will under repeated hot washes.
Sizing and reorders
We hold a full XS–5XL grade on standard uniform lines, with separate male and female cuts where the garment warrants it, and ladies-fit polos and shirts cut properly rather than simply scaled down. Your size grade, colour references, artwork and thread codes stay on file, so a reorder for three new starters in eight months matches the original run rather than approximating it.
Colour range
Standard uniform colours — navy, black, charcoal, grey marl, white, bottle green, burgundy, royal blue and hi-vis yellow and orange — are stocked and available at the 50-piece minimum. A custom brand colour is a dyed-to-match production, which needs a lab dip approval and a higher minimum; we will tell you which of the two your palette needs before you commit.
Names, roles and labels
A uniform often needs more than the company logo. Individual names and job roles are embroidered per piece inside the same design, so a run of fifty polos for a mixed team still counts as one design. Woven labels at the neck carry the company name instead of a blank or a supplier mark, and tear-away tags or hangtags finish a private-label look for franchises. Send the roster with sizes alongside the logo and each piece is checked against the proof before production, with the list kept on file for the next intake.
How ordering corporate uniforms works
The terms behind the quote, so there is nothing to discover after you enquire.
Minimum and mixing
50 pieces per design. Sizes are mixed freely inside one design; a second colourway or style is a separate design with its own 50-piece minimum. What a 50-piece minimum buys you
What the price includes
The starting price is per piece at the 50-piece minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing
Unit price falls as the run grows: up to 20% off from 100 pieces, up to 27% off from 500, and up to 35% off at 1,000+. Instant price calculator
What to send for a quote
The item, quantity, size split, colours, where the branding sits and your artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal and Pantone references help; a rough sketch is fine, our designers tidy it. An itemised quote comes back within 1 hour on a working day. Send the brief
Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10–15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.
Samples
£150 for one or two samples, worldwide shipping included. Place a bulk order afterwards and the £150 comes off your invoice. Order a sample
Labels, packaging and reorders
Private label with woven labels, neck labels and hangtags, branded packaging, and printed polythene bags with size stickers so a run ships folded and bagged. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.
