Combed ring-spun cotton tees, 150 to 240 GSM
Screen print, DTF, embroidery and sublimation
A digital mockup to approve before anything is printed
Every order starts with the garment. Our tees are combed, ring-spun cotton from 150 to 240 GSM. Lighter weights suit event and promotional runs, 190 to 220 GSM is the sweet spot for everyday retail, and 230 GSM upwards gives the heavier, structured feel of a streetwear tee. Fits run from classic and fitted to relaxed and oversized boxy cuts, with reinforced shoulder seams and a clean, retail-ready finish.
Each method has a page of its own: screen printing for bold colour at volume, DTF printing for full-colour art, logo embroidery for a stitched finish and sublimation for all-over prints on polyester. Not sure which fits? Send the artwork and we recommend one in the quote.

Screen printing or DTF for t-shirts?
Most t-shirt orders come down to these two. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen, one screen per colour, so a two-colour logo on a few hundred tees is efficient and very hard-wearing. DTF prints the whole design onto a film in full colour and heat-presses it on, so a photo, a gradient or a ten-colour illustration needs no more setup than a one-colour mark. As a rule: few colours and a big run, screen print; many colours or a photo, DTF.
What artwork should I send for t-shirt printing?
The better the file, the sharper the print. Send what you have and we tell you if anything needs changing before the proof is drawn up. For where each design should sit and how big, see the logo placement guide.
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for logos and lettering, so edges stay crisp at any size
For photos and illustrations, a raster file at 300 dpi at the size it will print
A transparent background, unless the box behind the design is meant to print
Pantone references for brand colours that must match
Fonts outlined, or supplied with the file
The placement and print size you want, such as left chest or full front
What affects the price of a printed t-shirt?
Four things move the price: the quantity, the tee itself, the print method and colours, and the number of print positions. Volume pricing is tiered, so the price per tee falls as the run grows, up to 35% off at 1,000 pieces or more. A heavier fabric or a premium fit costs more than a standard weight.
For screen printing, each extra colour adds a screen; for embroidery, a larger or denser logo adds stitches. Every extra placement, such as a back print or a sleeve logo, is priced on top of the first. Your quote itemises each line, so you can see what a change would save.
How a t-shirt printing order works
Send the artwork, quantity and sizes through the form at the top of the page, and a real person replies, within an hour on working days. You get a digital mockup showing the print on the tee at its real size and position, with an itemised quote. Nothing is printed until you approve that proof.
Production then takes 10 to 15 working days from proof approval and the 50% deposit, and the order ships tracked. To hold the tee in your hands first, a sample costs £150 for one or two pieces with shipping included, and the fee comes off your bulk invoice.
Who orders custom printed t-shirts?
Clothing and merch brands launching a drop, sports clubs kitting out players and supporters, events and festivals needing crew and merch tees, businesses branding staff and promotions, and schools ordering a year group design. See how we work with new clothing brands, sports clubs, events and festivals, corporate teams and schools and leavers.

Production and delivery
Production takes 10 to 15 working days from proof approval and the 50% deposit, before freight. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Tracked freight worldwide. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
50 tees per design, with sizes mixed freely across the run, so the order can be split between S, M, L and XL however you need. Each colourway of a design counts as its own design. Above the minimum, tiered pricing brings the price per tee down, up to 35% off at 1,000 pieces or more.
Printed tees start from £11 each at the 50-piece minimum. The final price depends on the tee weight, the print method, the number of colours and placements, and the quantity, with up to 35% off at 1,000+. Delivery is charged separately on weight and dimensions. Send your design for an itemised quote.
Screen printing is the better value for bold designs in a few solid colours, especially on larger runs, and it is very hard-wearing. DTF is better for full-colour artwork, photos and gradients, because it needs no screen per colour. Many brands use both: screen print for core logos and DTF for detailed graphics.
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best for logos and lettering. For photos or illustrations, send a high-resolution file at 300 dpi at the printed size, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. Add Pantone references for colours that must match. We check every file and flag problems before the proof.
Production takes 10 to 15 working days from proof approval and the 50% deposit, then the order ships by tracked freight, with transit time on top. Allow a few days before that for the mockup and any changes. If you have a fixed event date, say so in your enquiry so the timeline is planned around it.
