Piqué cotton or a performance blend
Two fabric families cover the range. Performance polyester or cotton-polyester blends are lighter, wick moisture and have some stretch, which suits golf, sport and warm climates where a cotton polo would feel heavy by midday. Both are pre-shrunk and colour-locked, so a run ordered in a brand colour stays consistent across sizes and across reorders. If a team works both indoors and outdoors, it is common to specify one of each.
Collars, fit and sizing for teams
The collar is where a cheap polo shows itself, so ours are structured to hold their shape through the day rather than curling. The placket and cuffs are kept clean so an embroidered logo is the only detail on the chest. Classic fit is the uniform standard and slim fit suits retail or younger teams. Sizing is consistent across a full XS to 5XL run, which matters for a workforce: the same size should fit the same way whether it came from the first order or a later reorder. Sizes are mixed freely inside a design, so a staff list of mixed sizes is one order.
Embroidery and branding

Piqué is a textured knit, so a printed graphic can look broken across the surface, while a stitched logo sits on top of it cleanly, survives the wash cycle a uniform goes through and looks more considered than a print. Chest logos are the standard, with names, roles or a sleeve mark added as separate embroideries. Tonal thread on a matching ground gives a quieter retail look. For private label, woven labels go in the neck, and hangtags, custom printed polythene bags with size stickers and branded packaging are quoted with the run. Thread codes are kept on file so reorders match.

What the price includes
The starting price is per piece at the 50-piece minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing

What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10–15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
