Sublimation Printing Service

Dye sublimation turns ink into a gas with heat and bonds it into polyester fibres, so the print becomes part of the fabric. It gives all-over, edge-to-edge designs with no feel on the surface and no cracking — the standard for jerseys, training kit and performance wear.

What can sublimation print on?

Polyester and high-polyester fabrics, ideally white or light. It does not work on cotton, because the dye bonds with polyester fibres. For cotton garments, DTF or screen printing is the right method.

When is sublimation the right choice?

For all-over designs, sports jerseys and performance wear, where you want colour to the seams and a garment that stays light and breathable.

  • Team jerseys and training tops
  • All-over patterns
  • Performance and running wear

Does a sublimated print fade?

The dye is part of the fibre, so it does not crack or peel. Follow the care label, which is usually a cool wash away from direct heat.
