Decoration
Sublimation dyes the full design into polyester, so stripes, sashes and panel colours run to the seams. Names and numbers are heat applied, screen printed or DTF printed; crests are embroidered or sublimated. The method for each position is agreed in the quote and shown on a proof.

Custom sports jerseys: sublimated or printed?
Sublimation is the usual route for a full jersey design. The ink becomes part of the polyester, so a sash, a centre stripe, a pattern or a gradient runs edge to edge with nothing on the surface to crack or peel, and a busy design weighs no more than a plain one. Printing suits a plain jersey in a stock colour: names and numbers by screen print or DTF, a sponsor on the chest, a crest embroidered or printed. Jersey styles in the catalogue

Names, numbers and the squad list
Personalisation is added per jersey inside one design, so a squad in mixed sizes with a different name and number on every shirt is still one 50-piece run. Send the squad list as a simple table of size, name and number, and it is checked against the proof before production. The list stays on file, so a replacement shirt for a new signing mid-season matches the rest of the squad. A home kit and an away kit are two designs, each with its own minimum.
How a team jersey order works
Send your crest, sponsor logos, colours (Pantone references help), the jersey style and the squad list. An itemised quote comes back within 1 hour on a working day, and our designers prepare a digital mockup of the front, back and sleeves. Production starts once you approve it and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days; the balance is due when the kit is ready to ship. For a new design, a sample of one or two jerseys costs £150 including shipping and is credited against the bulk order.
Pricing, minimums and the rest of the kit
Jerseys are priced on request, because the fabric, the style and the number of decoration positions change the cost; the quote itemises every line. The minimum is 50 pieces per design, and the same order can carry the rest of the kit: matching trousers, team hoodies and tracksuits from our custom sportswear range, each quoted as its own design. Shipping is a separate line on the quote, charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Larger runs
Each order is quoted on its own quantity, so send the run size you actually want and the quote prices that, rather than a published tier.
What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
Private label with woven labels, neck labels and hangtags, branded packaging, and printed polythene bags with size stickers so a run ships folded and bagged. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.
