Custom Embroidery Service

Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread. We digitise your artwork into a high-stitch-count file for crisp, dense logos with a tactile, premium finish, and it is the most durable way to brand clothing that is washed often: uniforms, polos, caps, outerwear and towels.

When should I choose embroidery?

For chest logos on uniforms, polos and caps, and for anything washed often or worn outdoors. A stitched logo does not crack, peel or fade, and it reads as premium. For very large or full-colour designs, a print is usually better.

  • Chest and sleeve logos
  • Caps and beanies
  • Outerwear and towels

What is digitising?

Digitising turns your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine where each stitch goes. A good file is what makes small text and fine detail stitch cleanly. It is done once per logo and kept on file for reorders.

Can embroidery handle small text and fine detail?

Up to a point: very thin lines and very small lettering blur when stitched. We check your artwork at the size you want and suggest adjustments on the mockup before anything is sewn.

What is 3D puff embroidery?

Foam under the stitching raises the logo off the fabric. It suits bold shapes on caps and hoodies; see the 3D puff page for details.
