Who they suit
The hoodie carries more margin than any other staple, which is why it anchors most ranges. Streetwear labels use it as the hero of a drop, gyms and studios sell it as members' wear, event organisers make it the premium tier of merchandise and corporate teams order it as a softer alternative to a jacket. Wholesale custom hoodies work for all four because the same fleece and construction can be cut oversized for fashion or classic for a team, with the branding carrying the difference. If you are starting a line, it is usually the first garment to prove demand on.
Fleece and weight
Fleece runs from 280 to 450 GSM. The lower end suits everyday retail and lighter climates, 300 to 340 GSM is the usual choice for a gym or corporate programme, and 380 to 450 GSM gives the dense, heavyweight hand that streetwear customers read as premium. All of it is combed, ring-spun cotton with a brushed back, pre-shrunk so the size you approve is the size that arrives after washing, and colour-locked so a black hoodie stays black across the run. Fit and construction
Three fits cover most briefs: oversized with a dropped shoulder for streetwear, boxy with a shorter body and wider chest for a cropped silhouette, and classic for teams and corporate wear where the garment should sit closer to the body. Hoods are double-layered so they hold their shape rather than collapsing, and cuffs and hems are ribbed. Sizes are mixed freely inside a single design, so a 50-piece run can be split across the grade however your customers buy. A second colourway counts as a second design with its own 50-piece minimum.
Decoration and private label
Heavy fleece takes every method we offer. Screen printing in plastisol or water-based ink is the standard for a large chest or back graphic in a few flat colours. DTF handles full-colour or photographic artwork. Embroidery suits a small chest logo, and 3D puff embroidery gives it raised depth that reads well on brushed fleece. For private label, the neck label is replaced with your own, woven labels can be added at the hem or cuff, and hangtags, custom printed polythene bags with size stickers and branded packaging are quoted with the run so the hoodies arrive folded and ready to sell.

What the price includes
The starting price is per piece at the 50-piece minimum with one standard screen print. Embroidery, DTF, sublimation, woven labels and branded packaging are itemised on top. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Volume pricing

What to send for a quote

Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10–15 working days, before freight, on fabric that is GSM-verified, pre-shrunk and colour-locked, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.

Labels, packaging and reorders
Private label with woven labels, neck labels and hangtags, branded packaging, and printed polythene bags with size stickers so a run ships folded and bagged. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.
