1. Who we are
Velocity Wear (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom apparel printing and wholesale towel manufacturing, serving customers in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and worldwide. This policy applies to our website and the services we provide through it.
2. Information we collect
- Details you give us — your name, email, phone number, company, product type, quantity, project details and any artwork you share when you request a quote or place an order.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
- Usage data — pages visited, the site or search that referred you, device, browser and operating system, approximate location where our server can determine it, your IP address, and which features of the site you used together with whether they worked. Section 4 sets out exactly how this is stored.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare quotes, produce mockups and fulfil your orders.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, order and delivery.
- To improve our website, products and customer experience.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics and advertising cookies are disabled by default and only load after you accept them via our cookie banner.
Our own visitor analytics
Separately from the tools above, we keep a small first-party record of site usage in our own database. It is not shared with any third-party analytics service. Specifically we store:
- Page views — the page path (never the query string, so anything typed into a search or form never reaches this record), the referring site, and your device, browser and operating system.
- Feature use — which tools you used, such as the quote form or design studio, and whether they completed successfully. Where a tool takes input, we store the product and quantity selected, not free-text personal details.
- Errors — technical error messages, so we can fix what is broken. Stored once per distinct fault with a count, not once per person affected.
- Approximate location — the country and nearest city associated with your IP address. This is resolved on our own server against a local database. Your IP address is never sent to a geolocation service, and the location is approximate: it identifies a region, not an address.
- Your IP address — used to apply rate limits and to prevent abuse. It is visible only to our administrators and is never shared.
To join these records into a single visit we set a first-party cookie containing a random identifier. It contains no personal information, is readable only by our server, and expires after one year. Clearing your cookies starts a fresh, unlinked record.
Do Not Track is respected. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we record none of the above. We also do not record visits we identify as automated (bots and crawlers).
Retention. Page view, feature use and error records — including IP addresses — are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete records associated with you sooner using the contact details below.
You can review or change your choice at any time — just open your . You can also control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.
IP geolocation by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Country data is derived from the Regional Internet Registries’ published allocation records.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example payment, shipping, hosting and analytics partners — and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
6. International transfers
We serve customers internationally and operate from Pakistan, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
7. Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
