Artwork that engraves, moulds and prints well
Each material takes the logo differently, and the artwork should suit it. Laser engraving on metal, leather and wood is a single tone cut into the surface, so a clean vector outline works best and fine gradients do not. 3D moulded rubber PVC is built in solid colours with raised layers, so a logo with a few flat colours and clear edges moulds crisply. Printing on acrylic is the option for full colour. Send what you have, including a rough sketch, and our designers will prepare an engraving, mould or print version and show it on a proof.
One logo, one material, one design
Fifty pieces is the minimum per design, and for keychains a design means one artwork on one material. The same logo engraved on metal and moulded in PVC is two designs with two minimums, because they are made on different lines. If you want a premium metal tag for clients and a PVC version for an event, say so at quote stage and we lay the minimums out before pricing. The artwork and colour references stay on file, so a reorder of either version matches the first run.
Packaging and what the price includes
Keychains start from £5 each and are quoted per order, because the material, the size of the tag and the packaging move the price. Metal tags come with a premium split ring and leather straps with a riveted metal loop as standard. The quote itemises the keychain, the branding and any packaging, from bulk packing to a branded gift box for corporate gifts and welcome kits. Shipping is additional and tracked, charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment; import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. Production runs 10–15 working days from artwork approval.

Minimum and mixing
50 keychains per design. A design is one artwork on one material; a second artwork, material or colourway is a separate design with its own 50-keychain minimum. What a 50-piece minimum buys you
What the price includes
From £5 per keychain; the final price is quoted per order on the style, material, finish and branding. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price. Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility.
Larger runs
Each order is quoted on its own quantity, so send the run size you actually want and the quote prices that, rather than a published tier.
What to send for a quote
The item, quantity, material and rough size, colours, where the branding sits and your artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are ideal and Pantone references help; a rough sketch is fine, our designers tidy it. An itemised quote comes back within 1 hour on a working day. Send the brief
Approval and production
A digital mockup is proofed and approved before anything is made. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid, and takes 10 to 15 working days, before freight, under quality control.
Shipping, payment and invoicing
Tracked freight to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and UAE and across Europe. Shipping time is in addition to production, and freight is quoted with your order. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Invoices can be raised in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK.
Samples
£150 for one or two samples, worldwide shipping included. Place a bulk order afterwards and the £150 comes off your invoice. Order a sample
Labels, packaging and reorders
Branded packaging and gift boxing are quoted with the order. Artwork, thread codes, colour references and the size grade stay on file, so a reorder matches the first run.

Leather is one of six options. Metal, acrylic, rubber PVC, wooden and bottle-opener keychains are made to the same minimum, each branded in the way that suits it.
