Names are printed per garment inside one run: you send a list of names against sizes, and each hoodie comes back with its owner’s name, usually on the back beneath the class or year. The design is set once, so adding names does not restart the setup.
Allow for collecting sizes and names, approving the mockup, 10–15 working days of production and delivery. Most of the time goes on the first two steps, not the making, so starting the size collection early is what gets hoodies to students before the last day.
Staff polos and hoodies are usually embroidered with the school crest, which survives washing better than print. PE and team kit can be printed or sublimated with numbers. Colours are kept on file so the next intake matches the last.
