Most UAE enquiries are for staff uniforms and embroidered polos for hospitality groups, branded towels for hotels, spas and gyms, and hoodies and tees for retail and fitness brands. All of it is manufactured to your specification rather than decorated from stock blanks, so fabric, fit, labels and packaging are yours to set. We are a UK-based team with manufacturing in Pakistan; there is no UAE office or warehouse, and nothing on this page should be read as local stock.

- Import duty and VAT into the UAE are charged at the border and are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed in writing. Our quote shows the product price and the shipping cost; it does not include UAE duty or VAT.
- Currency and payment
- Quoted in GBP; invoice available in AED. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Production starts once the proof is approved and the 50% deposit is paid.
- Where it is made
- UK-based team, manufacturing in Pakistan. No office, warehouse or stock in the UAE.

Shipping is charged on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, not a flat rate. For a 50-piece order it usually comes to around £300–£400, and the exact figure is confirmed in your quote before you pay anything.
- The parcel is weighed and measured once the order is packed, so the quote reflects your actual garments, not an average.
- Hoodies, fleece tracksuits and jackets are heavier and bulkier than tees, polos and caps, so they sit towards the top of the range.
- A postcode is not needed for the first enquiry; the destination country is enough to quote.
- Import duties, taxes and customs charges at destination are the recipient's responsibility. They are not part of the shipping figure.

Bulk production takes 10–15 working days and starts once you have approved the proof and the 50% deposit is paid. Shipping time to the UAE is additional and depends on the service chosen; it is confirmed with your quote.
Quotes are in GBP. If you prefer, the invoice can be raised in AED, at the rate on the invoice date. Payment is 50% when the order is placed and 50% once the order is ready to ship. Delivery is charged on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and quoted with your order, separately from the product price.
Yes. Send your artwork as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG, and tell us where it sits. Woven labels, neck tags, hangtags and branded packaging are made to your specification, so the order arrives under your brand.
£150 for one or two samples, worldwide shipping included. Place a bulk order afterwards and the £150 comes off your invoice.
No. We are a UK-based team with manufacturing in Pakistan. Orders for the UAE are made to order and shipped tracked from the factory, which is why shipping is quoted per parcel rather than from local stock.
