How do home and away kits work?
A home and an away kit are two designs, so each has its own 50-piece minimum. The usual pattern is to swap the colours: a navy jersey with cream piping at home, and a cream or pinstripe jersey with navy trim away. The crest, the numbers and the shorts can stay consistent across both, which keeps the artwork simple. If budget only runs to one kit this season, choose the design that works against the most opponents and add the second next year.
Can shorts carry names, numbers or a logo too?
Yes. A small number or a team logo on the front leg is common and is added in the same way as the jersey branding. Most teams keep the shorts plain apart from colour panels, because the side stripe or panel already does the matching. How do you size a whole team at once?
Collect every player's jersey size and shorts size separately, since plenty of people wear a different size on top and bottom. Put the list in one spreadsheet with the name and number for each piece.
