50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

Reordering society tracksuits works best when the second run is treated as a repeat of a recorded spec rather than a fresh order. Keep the colour references, the artwork files and the size split from the first run, and a restock lands close enough that old and new sets mix on the same night out. The fifty-set minimum applies again each time.

How close will a second run match the first?

Close, but not identical unless you help it. Dye lots move between batches, so a navy jogger made in March and one made in October can sit a shade apart under a flash. The fix is to reorder against the recorded colour reference from the first run rather than against the word navy, and to order the top and the jogger together so the pair is matched inside the same batch. The wholesale tracksuits page lists the fabrics and colourways the sets are made in.

Getting two garments to agree is a job in itself, and we went through it in getting a tracksuit top and jogger to match.

When in the society year should you restock?

There are two sensible moments. The first is late summer, so kit is in hand for freshers and the new intake can buy in the same week they join. The second is the turn of the calendar year, when the January starters and the members who missed the first round add up to something worth making. Allow 10–15 working days from artwork approval plus transit on each, and place the order before the committee gets busy rather than after.

What does the handover file need to contain?

  • The artwork as supplied, in the file the factory used, not a screenshot from the group chat.
  • Colour references for the top and the jogger, and the print colours recorded separately.
  • The size split that actually sold, set against the split you guessed at.
  • Print positions and sizes in millimetres, measured from the shoulder seam.
  • The order date, the delivery date, and the name of whoever signed the artwork off.

Committees turn over every year, which is what makes ten minutes of writing worth it. A society that hands over a file reorders in a fortnight; one that hands over a memory starts again with a sample. Setting up a reorder schedule covers the same discipline for commercial buyers, and the schools and leavers page covers the term-dated version of it.

Does a repeat order still need fifty sets?

Yes. The minimum is fifty per design every time, because each run is made from scratch rather than picked off a shelf. That shapes the sensible strategy: order for the year you can see rather than the month in front of you, hold the surplus for the next intake, and let the volume tiers work for you. Discounts rise to 35% as quantity goes up, measured from the fifty-set price, so one order of 100 sets costs less per set than two orders of fifty.

Order what you just read about

Every range is made to order from a 50-piece minimum in 10–15 working days, with tiered pricing up to 35% off at volume. Price your order or order samples first.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

Yes, but a changed design is a new design for the purposes of the minimum and the screens. Even a small text edit, such as a new committee year, needs fresh artwork approval and its own fifty.

It is quoted fresh against the quantity you order, so the tier you land in matters more than the date does. A larger repeat run sits lower per set than the original fifty did.

Not if the design is unchanged and you have the colour references on file. Sample again when you change fabric, colour or decoration method, because those are the things a spec sheet cannot show you.

Artwork approved for a run stays on file for repeat orders, which is why a reorder skips the setup conversation entirely. Send the same reference and the run is matched against it.
