A belly band is the least packaging for the most towel, keeping texture, border and logo visible on a spa shelf or in a welcome pack. A sleeve gives more surface for a message or care note, and a box protects the most and turns two towels into a present when the lid comes off.
What goes in a towel gift set?
Most sets pair two sizes: a bath towel (70 × 140 cm) with a hand towel (45 × 75 cm) is the classic, a bath sheet (90 × 180 cm) with a hand towel is more generous, and a face towel (40 × 60 cm) rounds out a spa set. The minimum shapes the design: with 50 pieces counted per design, a different name on every towel makes each name its own order. One shared mark, such as a company logo, a development name or an anniversary year, works for a year of gifts, with a handwritten card adding the personal part. Can a spa or gym sell packaged towels?
Yes. Individual packaging turns a service towel into a retail product, so a spa can sell the towel its clients use in the treatment room and a gym can sell a branded towel at the front desk.
On a shelf the packaging does the selling: a sleeve or belly band can carry the name, size and care note, and a boxed set justifies a higher price point. How far ahead should you order towel gifts?
Work back from the hand-over date: 10 to 15 working days of production from artwork approval, then freight to your country, then time to add cards and deliver.
