Printed polythene bags for clothing are frosted, resealable zip-seal bags carrying your logo on the face, with a punched hang hole and size stickers matched to your size run. What is a printed polythene bag?
It is the inner bag a garment lives in from the factory to the customer, not the outer bag a courier handles. Four things define the bags in our polythene bag range: a zip seal, meaning two interlocking plastic tracks along the top that press shut and pull open again; your logo, printed on the bag face; a hang hole punched through the top band for peg display; and size stickers, so the size can be read without opening anything.
The film is frosted, which softens the garment behind it into an even shape, and water-resistant, so the piece stays clean and dry through packing, freight, a warehouse shelf and the doorstep. For a brand selling online, it is often the only packaging the customer really looks at.

How are the bags sized?
Each bag is sized to the garment as it will be folded, not picked from a stock chart. A t-shirt should not swim in a bag cut for a hoodie, and a heavyweight hoodie should not be forced into a tee bag, where it strains the seal and creases badly. You send the garments or their folded measurements, or order the bags with your clothing, and the dimensions for every style are confirmed in your quote before production. Can you order bags without ordering clothing?
Yes. The bags are a range in their own right at the same 50-piece minimum, for brands that already have garments from elsewhere. Ordered alongside an apparel run instead, they are packed at the factory: every garment folded, bagged and labelled before it ships, so the stock arrives ready to sell rather than ready to repack. Minimum order, lead time and price
The minimum is 50 bags per design. Production runs 10–15 working days from approval of the artwork proof, then freight is quoted to your country, in the UK, the USA, Europe or beyond. Bags have no published price because they are quoted per size and print, and a quote usually comes back within hours on a working day, invoiced in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK or DKK.
