Multipack clothing packaging puts two or three items in one bag sized to their combined fold, with a label on the face saying what is inside. How do you package a clothing multipack?
Fold every item in the pack to the same size, stack them, and size the bag to the stack. A three-pack of t-shirts folded around the same board makes a neat block as wide and long as one tee and roughly three times as deep, and the bag is cut to that block, not to a single shirt. A bag sized for one tee will not close over three, and one sized for a hoodie leaves the stack sliding about. Put the colour you want seen on top. Frosted film shows the shape and colour of the garment directly behind it, so the top shirt is the face of the pack, and the ones underneath show only as layers along the edge.
How do you label what is inside a bundle?
With a contents label as well as a size. A single garment only needs its size on the bag; a pack needs to say how many pieces it holds and which ones. A custom label listing three t-shirts, size M, in black, white and grey tells a shopper, a picker and a returns team the same thing without anyone opening the bag. Keep every piece in a multipack the same size, so one size sticker describes the whole pack. How labels and stickers are matched to a range is set out in size stickers and labels on garment bags.
When are separate bags better than one?
When the items do not fold alike, or do not share a size. The table below is a rule of thumb for the bundles brands most often put together.

A bundle can also be both: each item in its own bag, then the bagged items presented together in a box. That is the usual answer for sets mixing a cap with clothing, covered in cap and tee merch bundles, and for gift sets where a box does the presenting, weighed up in poly bags against boxes for clothing.
How does the minimum work for multipacks?
The bag minimum counts bags, not garments. Fifty three-packs of tees need 50 bags of one design, which meets the minimum of 50 bags per design, while the packs hold 150 shirts between them. The garments have their own minimum of 50 pieces per design, with sizes mixed freely inside it, so a multipack of shirts from our t-shirt range is planned as two counts side by side, garments and bags, and the quote sets out both.
Gift bundles and seasonal sets
Seasonal gift sets are where bundle bags earn their keep: a tee and socks for a winter drop, or a matching pair of shirts for a launch. Order the bags with the season in mind, since 10 to 15 working days of production plus freight has to land before the set is packed, not before it goes on sale. A logo-only bag with a contents label can carry the next season's bundle too, if the fold stays the same.

Describe each pack in the enquiry form: which items go in, how they fold, how many packs you need and the sizes in the run. Add the logo file, the wording for the contents label and the delivery country and date.
