Can you get custom printed bags without a minimum?
You can find offers that say so, but printing a logo onto a bag is never a one-bag job. Each design has to be prepared, proofed and set up before the first bag is printed, and that work gets paid for somewhere. For the custom printed poly bags we make, the answer is a low floor rather than none: 50 bags per design, the same threshold as our clothing, and small enough that a first drop does not leave you storing cartons of spare packaging.
Offers without a floor tend to work in one of a few ways, and each gives something up. Know which one you are looking at before comparing it with a printed run.

None of these is wrong. A stock bag with a logo sticker can tide a label over for its first handful of orders. Once you are packing a real run, though, a bag printed and cut to your garment does more: the logo is part of the bag, the zip seal reopens, and the fit is right for a tee or a hoodie instead of roughly right for both.
Why does 50 bags per design suit a first drop?
Because it matches the size of a first run. The 50 is counted per printed bag design, not per garment design, so a bag carrying just your logo can wrap every piece that folds to the same size. A first drop of two t-shirt graphics, 50 of each, can go into 100 bags of a single design. The size stickers follow the size run while the print stays the same, which also keeps the packaging consistent when later drops follow.
Order a margin above your garment count. A few bags go on stockist samples or product photos, and a return that comes back in a torn bag needs a fresh one. Bags on their own, or bags with the clothing?
Either works at the same minimum. If your garments come from another maker, order the bags alone: send a folded garment or its folded measurements, and the bag dimensions are confirmed for each style in the quote. If Velocity Wear is making the clothing too, the bags are packed at the factory, each garment folded, bagged and stickered before it ships, ready to post. How much do printed poly bags cost in small quantities?
There is no published price, because bags are quoted per size and print rather than from a list. Send the garments, the quantity per design and your delivery country, and a quote comes back with pricing, usually within hours on a working day, invoiced in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK or DKK. If you want to hold the bag before committing, one or two samples cost £150 with worldwide shipping, and the fee is credited against the bulk order; the samples page explains how that works.
