50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

At our fifty-piece minimum, branded gym kit starts at $12 for a cap, $13 for a t-shirt, $18 for a polo shirt, $22 for joggers, $31 for a hoodie and $53 for a tracksuit set of hooded top and matching jogger. Those are entry prices at the smallest run. The per-piece figure falls as quantity rises, by up to 35% at the largest band.

What does branded gym kit cost per piece?

The from-prices above all apply at fifty pieces of a single design, with sizes mixed freely inside that fifty. A club kitting out staff in polos and selling hoodies to members is looking at two separate designs and therefore two separate fifties, priced independently. Corporate uniform pieces start at $20 and denim jackets at $38 if your range stretches that far.

What moves a piece above its from-price is specification rather than branding: a heavier fabric, a more involved garment, or additional decoration positions. What does not move it much is the complexity of your logo, at least on printed work, since a print is a print once the screen exists. The gyms and fitness page covers the kit combinations clubs usually run, and the wholesale range lists every product with its own entry price.

How far does the price fall as quantity rises?

Through five bands: 50–99, 100–249, 250–499, 500–999, and 1,000 and above. Each threshold takes more off the per-piece rate, measured from the fifty-piece price, up to a maximum reduction of 35%. That ceiling matters because it tells you where the arithmetic stops improving. Going from fifty to two hundred and fifty changes your economics considerably; going from two thousand to three thousand changes them far less.

For most independent gyms the sensible target is the second or third band rather than the top one. Ordering a hundred t-shirts instead of fifty is often the single highest-return decision in the whole process, because the extra fifty cost noticeably less than the first fifty did and t-shirts do not go out of date.

Which items give a gym the most per pound spent?

Caps and t-shirts, on pure visibility per unit of spend. They sit at the lowest entry prices, they suit the widest range of body shapes, and members wear them outside the club, which is where branded kit earns its keep. Hoodies cost more than twice a t-shirt but carry far more perceived value, which makes them the better retail item and the better staff item in winter.

Tracksuits sit at the top at $53 for the set and are worth it where a club wants coaching staff to look like a team rather than like individuals who happen to work there. Joggers on their own at $22 are a useful halfway option. We break the general cost structure down in how much does custom clothing cost, and the hoodie-specific case for gyms sits in custom gym hoodies.

What is not in the per-piece price?

Three things worth budgeting separately. The £150 sample, charged before the main order and credited back against it. Delivery transit, which sits on top of the 10 to 15 working day production window and varies across the UK, the USA and Europe. And private label extras such as woven neck labels, tear-out labels, swing tags and packaging, which are worth having on a retail item and unnecessary on staff kit.

We invoice in seven currencies, so ask for the quote in the currency your accounts run in rather than converting a dollar figure yourself and discovering a gap later.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

No. The minimum counts fifty pieces of one design, so a t-shirt design and a hoodie design are two separate runs even if the artwork on them is identical.

It can, because each colour is a separate screen and a separate pass. The gap narrows sharply as quantity rises, since the setup spreads across more garments.

Not by who wears them. Pricing follows the garment, the quantity band and the decoration, so a staff polo and a retail polo of the same specification cost the same.

Increase the quantity of a single design rather than spreading the same budget across several designs. Each additional design restarts the fifty-piece floor and its own setup.
