50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

Joggers for an event come in two forms: crew kit, where the count is known, and merch, where it is a forecast. Both start at $22 a pair at the fifty-piece minimum and both are bound by the same clock — 10 to 15 working days of production from artwork approval, plus transit. The date will not move, so the ordering has to start earlier than feels comfortable.

Can joggers be ready for a fixed date?

Comfortably, if the artwork is settled six weeks out. The failure mode is never the production run; it is the fortnight lost between a designer finishing a file and someone with authority approving it. Name the approver in the production plan and give them a date. The wholesale joggers page sets out the fabrics and fits, and the events and festivals pages cover the rest of what a site team usually needs.

For anything crossing a border, add the freight leg on top. We deliver to the UK, the USA and Europe, and an event in a different market to the buyer is a consignment that needs its own slot in the calendar.

Crew kit is counted exactly; merch is forecast and rounded down.

Crew kit or merch — which are you actually ordering?

They are different products with the same name. Crew joggers need to be identifiable at fifty metres and comfortable for a fourteen-hour day, which means a dark colourway, a cuffed hem and a mark that reads from a distance. Merch joggers need to be something an attendee would pay for, which means restrained branding and a fabric that feels good in the hand on the stand.

Most events order both. That is two designs and therefore two lots of fifty, because the minimum applies per design. Teams with a tight budget usually run crew kit as the priority and treat merch as the following year's experiment.

How many should a merch stand carry?

Fewer than the enthusiasm in the planning meeting suggests. Joggers are a higher-priced merch item than a tee, so they sell in smaller numbers, and unsold legwear does not travel well to the next event if the artwork carries a date. Order the fifty-piece minimum for a first attempt, keep the artwork undated, and use what sells to size the second run.

  1. 1Order the minimum on a first outing rather than forecasting optimistically.
  2. 2Keep the artwork free of a year or a venue so the leftovers sell at the next event.
  3. 3Weight the size split to the middle; merch buyers cluster around M and L.
  4. 4Price it against the $22 from-price and the tier you actually qualify for, not the tier you hope to reach.

What does the whole thing cost?

Fifty pairs at the $22 from-price is the floor, with up to 35% off that figure once the quantity climbs through the tiers. Against a crew of forty working a weekend, it is one of the smaller lines on an event budget and one of the most visible. Add a sample at £150, credited against the bulk order, if the design is new.

Where joggers sit alongside tees and caps for the same crew, plan them as one kit with one approval date — custom apparel for events and venue staff covers the full list, and custom clothing for events and festivals goes through the planning calendar.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

Work backwards from the gate: transit, then up to 15 working days of production, then the approval round. Six weeks is comfortable and four is tight. Anything shorter means cutting scope rather than cutting the production time.

Only if you want crew to be indistinguishable from attendees, which defeats the point of crew kit. Two designs means two fifty-piece minimums, so budget for that rather than discovering it at quoting stage.

It sells at the next one, provided the artwork is not dated. Putting a year or a venue name on a jogger turns unsold stock into a write-off, which is the single most common merch mistake.

No. Production is 10 to 15 working days from approval, so nothing can be made during a weekend event. Take pre-orders on the stand instead and fulfil them afterwards.
