50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

Squad tracksuits start from $53 per set at the 50-set minimum, where a set is a hooded top with its matching jogger. Decoration sits on top of that, priced by position and by method. Clubs ordering 100 or more move into a lower band, and at the largest quantities the reduction reaches up to 35% against the 50-set price.

What does a squad tracksuit cost per set?

The from-price covers the garment, the standard labelling and bagging the two halves together. A club crest on the chest, squad numbers on the jogger and a sponsor mark on the back are each quoted as their own item, because each carries its own setup and its own application. Current set prices are on our wholesale tracksuits page.

For a club, the useful comparison is per player rather than per set. Fifty sets across a first team, a reserve squad and the coaching staff is one design and one minimum, which is almost always cheaper per head than three separate smaller orders would be if they were possible at all.

How far does volume move a club price?

The bands are 50 to 99, 100 to 249, 250 to 499, 500 to 999 and 1,000 upwards. A club with junior sections often crosses into the second or third band without realising, because the count is across the whole order rather than per team. Adding the under-14s to the senior order can move the price for everybody.

Setup costs are the reason the curve behaves this way. Screens and digitising are paid once per design regardless of quantity, so they weigh heavily on 50 sets and barely register on 500. The pricing page shows how the bands relate, and the clubs we work with are described on our sports clubs page.

Do sponsor logos add to the bill?

Each additional mark is an additional position, so yes. A sponsor on the back of the top and a second on the jogger leg are two positions, each with its own setup and application cost. Whether that matters depends on what the sponsor is paying, and most clubs find the arithmetic works comfortably in their favour.

Keep sponsor artwork requirements in the brief from the start. A sponsor who supplies a logo late, or supplies it as a low-resolution image, is the most common cause of a club order missing its date. Committees running kit projects for the first time will find club hoodies for UK sports clubs covers the same ground for a simpler garment.

Where do club budgets usually slip?

Three places. A second colourway ordered as an afterthought, which counts as its own design and therefore its own 50-set minimum. Freight, which is quoted to an address rather than estimated. And personalisation added after the quote, since names on 60 sets is 60 separate applications rather than one.

Build the figure with all three in from the beginning. How much does custom clothing cost explains the underlying structure, which is worth understanding before a treasurer asks why the total moved.

One more thing worth pricing early is the coaching and backroom kit. Managers, physios and volunteers usually want the same design in a slightly different size range, and folding them into the playing order costs almost nothing while ordering them separately later costs a whole minimum. Count every person who will stand on the touchline in club colours, not just the ones who take the field. The same applies to committee members and the people running the bar on a match day, if the club wants them visible. Adding fifteen names to an order of eighty is a change of quantity; adding them in February is a change of project.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

Yes, as long as the design is the same. Sizes can be mixed freely inside the 50, so a senior squad, a reserve side and the coaching staff can all be covered by one order at one minimum.

No. Sponsors are often printed rather than stitched, particularly where the artwork uses fine detail or gradients that thread cannot hold. The method is chosen to suit the artwork and the fabric rather than by rule.

Payment terms are confirmed on the quote, but the practical sequence is artwork approval, then production, then dispatch. Clubs collecting subscriptions should map those stages against when the money actually arrives.

They are quoted on the same per-set basis. The saving from including junior teams comes from the total quantity moving the whole order into a lower band rather than from the size of the garments.
