Sizing and money
Collect sizes and payment in one form before ordering. Share a size chart in inches. Order a couple of spares, because Vegas trips gain late additions.
Timeline
Production takes 10 to 15 working days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Order at least four weeks before the trip, and have shirts shipped home, not to the hotel, unless the hotel confirms it'll accept packages.
Birthday groups in Vegas
Milestone birthdays like 21st, 30th, 40th and 50th are classic Vegas trips. Put the birthday person's name and age front and center, and give them a different color or a crown graphic. A back print listing the weekend's plans makes a fun keepsake. Remember a different color counts as a separate design for minimums.
Pack smart
Have shirts packed by person so everyone brings their own. Tell the group which day to wear them, and schedule the group photo in daylight, before the pool and before anyone's tired. Vegas nights are fun but terrible for group photos.
