Branded water bottles for employees who work on site are insulated stainless steel bottles that keep water cold for 24 hours and tea hot for 12, printed with the company logo to a matte finish. They come with a carry-handle cap and an anti-slip base, are made from 50 pieces per design, and take 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval.
What does a site crew need from a bottle?
Three things: it stays cold, it can be carried with a full hand, and it stays where it is put. The double wall keeps water cold for 24 hours, long enough to outlast a shift in a hot cab or on a scaffold. The carry-handle cap lets it hang from two fingers while the other hand holds a toolbag. The anti-slip base helps it stay put on a bench, a dashboard or a tailgate.
The lid is leak-proof, which matters in a kitbag full of paperwork, and the bottle is BPA free, meaning it is made without bisphenol A, a chemical used in some hard plastics. Tea drinkers get the other half of the insulation: hot for 12 hours, which covers a cold morning start. Every cap and finish is on our custom work bottles page.

Which cap works best on site?
The carry-handle cap, for most crews. The flip-straw suits crews who drink little and often without stopping, such as landscapers in summer, as long as the straw is kept closed on a dusty site. The steel cap is the neatest, and the least handy with gloves on, so keep it for managers and the office. Bottle lids compared sets out each cap in detail.
| Crew | Cap | Finish | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Construction and groundworks | Carry-handle | Matte black or olive | Hides site dirt; carried with gloves on |
| Electricians, plumbers and van-based trades | Carry-handle or steel cap | Navy or stainless steel | Rides in a van all day and matches navy workwear |
| Landscaping and grounds teams | Flip-straw | Olive | Drink without stopping work |
| Warehouse and logistics | Flip-straw or carry-handle | Matte black or red | Easy to spot on a racking shelf |
| Site and office managers | Steel cap | Matte black | Tidy on a desk and in site meetings |
On site, pick a finish that forgives: matte black, navy and olive show scuffs and dust far less than matte white or pink, which are better kept for the office. Put a white logo on any of the three dark finishes and it stays readable from across a yard.
Can each worker's name go on their bottle?
Not on a bulk order. Each separate logo or artwork counts as its own design with its own 50 pieces, so a name on every bottle turns a crew of 40 into 40 designs. The practical alternatives are one company design across the whole crew, or a different finish per team or site, since colours can be mixed freely within one design. A band of coloured tape round the handle does the rest.
Pairing bottles with workwear
A bottle printed with the same logo as the crew's uniform makes the kit look like one issue rather than a pile of extras, and it goes into the same starter bag on day one. Match the finish to the workwear colour: navy bottles with navy polos, black with black. Our uniforms range covers the clothing, the construction and trades page covers the rest of a site kit list, and warehouse and logistics uniforms suits depot teams.
How much stock should a firm hold?
Order for the year's starters, not just today's crew. The minimum is 50 per design, and a firm taking people on through the year can hold the balance and hand a bottle out with each set of workwear. A reorder is a new production run of 10 to 15 working days plus freight, so reorder while a box is still on the shelf, from the same approved artwork.
Getting site bottles quoted
Send the company logo, the number of bottles per finish, the cap, the depot or site address, and the date of the next starter intake or project start, through the enquiry form on this page. Pricing usually comes back within hours on a working day, and a proof follows. The range is on the work water bottle page, and the complete bottle buyer's guide covers gift boxes for bottles going to clients.
