Custom water bottles in bulk start at 50 pieces per design: insulated stainless steel bottles that keep drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12, with your logo printed to a matte finish flush with the powder coat. Production takes 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval, invoicing can be in USD, and freight to any US address is quoted per order.
What does a bulk order look like?
Bulk, here, starts at 50 pieces per design. Mixing bottle colors within an order is fine, so 50 bottles with one logo can be split across matte black, navy and stainless steel. Each separate logo or artwork counts as its own design, so a second department's logo or a different event date needs its own 50. Plan the artwork first and the colors second.
The range is one construction: a double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle with a carry-handle, flip-straw or steel cap, plus a steel tumbler with a handle and straw lid. Every bottle is BPA free (made without bisphenol A, a chemical used in some hard plastics), with a leak-proof lid and an anti-slip base. The full spec is on our custom stainless steel bottles page.

Who buys custom water bottles in bulk in the US?
| Buyer | Typical use | Setup that usually fits |
|---|---|---|
| Companies and startups | Onboarding kits, remote team gifts, client thank-yous | Steel cap or the handled tumbler, in a branded gift box |
| Colleges and universities | Orientation, athletics, alumni and donor gifts | Flip-straw or carry-handle in school colors |
| Teams and gyms | Team kit, member launches, pro shop sales | Flip-straw in the team color |
| Event and conference planners | Speaker gifts, sponsor kits, staff | Steel cap for speakers, carry-handle for crew |
| Realtors, dealerships and agencies | Closing and client gifts | Matte black or wood finish, boxed |
How is a bulk order invoiced and shipped to the US?
Orders can be invoiced in USD, so a US finance team gets a dollar invoice; GBP, EUR, CAD, AED, SEK and DKK are available too. Freight to the US is quoted per order for your address, whether that is an office, a campus mailroom or an event venue, and delivery is tracked. Production runs 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval, with transit on top, so ask for the freight estimate when you request pricing.
Bottle, tumbler or both?
Pick by where the drink goes. A flip-straw bottle suits the gym and the practice field, a carry-handle cap suits commuters and outdoor crews, and a steel cap suits a desk or a gift box. The handled tumbler with a straw lid lives in a car cup holder, which makes it a strong pick for commuters and remote staff. Custom tumblers with a logo and bottle lids compared go deeper on each.
Can each bottle be personalized?
Personalized, in bulk terms, means your organization's logo or message on every bottle. A different name on each one is not practical, because each separate artwork counts as its own design with its own 50 pieces. The workable route to variety is color: one logo on navy, red and matte white is still one design, which suits a college with two school colors or a company with several teams.
How far ahead should a US order be placed?
Six weeks ahead is a comfortable margin: a week for quantities and the proof, 10 to 15 working days of production, freight, and a buffer before orientation week or a conference. For a hard date, count back from it and name it in your first message. Wholesale bottles: lead time breaks down where the days go. To hold one first, one or two samples cost £150 with shipping to the US, credited against the bulk order; the samples page explains.
