What is a varsity or letterman jacket?
The varsity jacket began in American schools and universities, where athletes earned a large chenille letter for making the team and wore it on a jacket. That is why it is also called a letterman jacket. The body is traditionally one colour and the sleeves another, with striped ribbing that picks up the team colours, and the whole jacket becomes a badge of belonging.
Our version is made in leather throughout. The range sheet shows a cream body with black leather sleeves, cream-and-black striped rib trims, black snaps and piped welt pockets, a combination that reads classic without looking like costume.

How do you brand a varsity jacket?
