How many should a company order?
Order for the year, not the week. The minimum is 50 per design, and a company hiring four people a month can hold one run of 50 for most of a year, handing out a boxed bottle on each start date. Split the 50 across two finishes if you want variety, since colours can be mixed within one design. A second logo, say for a subsidiary, is a separate design with its own 50.
When should a corporate order be placed?
Six weeks before the first kit is needed is comfortable. Production takes 10 to 15 working days after the proof is approved, freight is quoted per destination, and internal sign-off of a gift box design often takes longer than either. For year-end client gifts, start the brief in October so December is not a scramble.
