50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

A wholesale tracksuit order can carry your own woven neck label, a tear-out size and care label, a printed swing tag and your own bag, all fitted during production rather than added afterwards. Sets start at $53 for a hooded top and matching jogger at our fifty-set minimum, and the labelling is quoted into that run instead of being handled as a separate job later.

What labelling can a tracksuit set carry?

Four things, and all four are decided before cutting starts. A custom woven label replaces the blank one at the neck of the top. A tear-out label puts size and care wording on a strip the wearer can pull out without a seam ripper. A swing tag hangs from the drawcord or the waistband. And the bag each set arrives in can be printed rather than plain. The wholesale tracksuits page sets out what we fit as standard on a co-ord run.

The jogger is the half most buyers forget. A set branded at the neck of the top and nowhere on the bottom looks half finished on a shelf. A small woven tab at the side seam or inside the back of the waistband fixes it, and because it goes in during the same seaming operation it adds very little at volume.

Does branding the set change the price per set?

Labelling nudges the set price. The tier moves it far more. A set starts at $53 at fifty, and volume takes up to 35% off as the quantity climbs. Woven labels carry their own supplier minimums, so the share of a label in each set falls sharply between fifty sets and five hundred. The price tier table shows where the five bands sit so you can see which step you are actually buying in.

One planning point is worth the thought. A label carries your brand name rather than the design, so the same label serves every colourway and every future run. Buyers who order labels for the year instead of for one drop pay less per set on everything after the first order. Bags and tags behave the same way.

How do the sets arrive packed?

Each set is folded with the top and the jogger together, bagged, and boxed by size. That matters more here than on single garments, because a warehouse that splits tops and bottoms across separate cartons will spend an afternoon reuniting them. If you are picking orders yourself, ask for the packing list broken down by size run so the carton labels match the way you count stock.

Say on the order where the sets are going. Retail-ready packing attaches the swing tag before bagging. Kit handed out at a training session rarely needs tags at all, and leaving them off keeps the cost down. The wider set of finishing choices is covered in branding beyond the print.

What does the label artwork need to be?

A woven label is built from thread, so gradients and photographic detail cannot survive the weave. Send vector artwork, hold the brand mark to one or two colours, and expect small type to thicken a fraction. A tear-out label is printed instead of woven, so it can carry the full care wording, the fibre content and the size at a readable point size.

Care and fibre wording is a legal requirement in most markets rather than a design choice, so leave room for it. If this is new territory, care labels and clothing compliance covers what has to appear. Approve the label artwork alongside the print artwork, because the 10 to 15 working day build starts at approval and a label still in revision holds the whole order.

FAQ

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

Yes. If you already have woven labels made, send them in with the order and they are stitched in during production. Tell us the quantity and the type before the run is scheduled so the line is set up for them.

No, as long as the tag artwork is approved with everything else. Tags are printed alongside the garments and attached during finishing, inside the same 10 to 15 working day window.

Labels carry their own supplier minimum, usually higher than fifty. The surplus is held for your next run rather than thrown away, which is why the per-set cost drops on a repeat order.

It can, but every label design is a separate item to produce and hold. Most brands run one label across all colours and let the swing tag carry anything colour specific.
