50-piece minimum · Mixed sizes · We never share your details

A first bulk jogger order runs through six stages: enquiry, quote, artwork, sample, production, delivery. Production itself is 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval, and everything before it is driven by how fast you make decisions. The minimum is fifty pieces per design with sizes mixed freely, starting from $22 a piece at that quantity.

What happens at each stage?

  1. 1Enquiry. You describe the garment, the decoration, the quantity and the date you need it. The more of this you send at once, the fewer rounds follow.
  2. 2Quote. You get a price per piece at your quantity, with any extras listed separately, and the current tiers shown so you can see what a larger run would cost.
  3. 3Artwork. You send files, a proof comes back, you check placement and size, and you approve. This is the stage that decides your delivery date.
  4. 4Sample. A physical garment made to your spec at £150, credited against the bulk order that follows.
  5. 5Production. 10 to 15 working days from approval, not from the date you placed the order.
  6. 6Delivery. Transit to the UK, USA or Europe, with the goods packed and labelled as agreed.

How long does the whole thing take?

Budget six to eight weeks for a first order and you will not be caught out. The production window is fixed and predictable; the artwork loop and the sample round are where first-time buyers lose weeks. If you have a hard date, work backwards from it and set an internal deadline for artwork approval, then treat that deadline as real. The broader planning method is in apparel production lead times explained.

Six stages, one delivery, and a date that is set at artwork approval.

What do you decide before the quote?

Fabric construction, brushed or loopback, cuffed or open hem, the cut, the colour reference, the decoration method and the placement. Every one of those changes the price, so a quote given without them is a guess that will move. The current tiers and from-prices are set out on our pricing page, and the garment detail is on our wholesale joggers page. Settle all of it before you ask for a number, and the number you get back will hold.

Is the sample stage optional?

Technically yes, practically no on a first order. It is the only point where you can hold the fabric, check the print size against a real leg and wash the garment before committing to fifty or five hundred. The £150 comes off the bulk invoice, so on any real order the sample costs you calendar time rather than money. Skipping it is reasonable only when you are repeating a garment you have already approved.

What goes wrong on a first order?

Artwork supplied at screen resolution. A size split guessed rather than collected. A second colourway added after the quote, which restarts the fifty. And a delivery date counted from the order rather than from approval. The pattern repeats across every category, and the common ones are collected in the mistakes almost everyone makes on a first clothing order.

Once the delivery has been checked, write the specification down somewhere permanent: fabric, construction, hem, cut, colour reference, decoration, placement measurements, label detail and packing format. A second order against a recorded spec is a short conversation, and it can often skip the sample stage entirely because the approval already exists. A second order reconstructed from memory and an old email thread takes almost as long as the first one did, which is a strange way to spend the time you saved by having done it before.

Quick Answers

Common questions about wholesale — answered.

Fifty pieces per design. Sizes inside that fifty are entirely flexible, but each design, and each colourway that needs its own screens, counts as a separate fifty.

At artwork approval, not at the enquiry or the deposit. The 10 to 15 working day production window begins the moment the proof is signed off, which is why a slow approval moves the delivery date one day at a time.

Invoicing is available in seven currencies, so most UK, US and European buyers can settle in the currency they operate in. Confirm which one you want at the quote stage so the invoice is issued correctly.

Yes. The tiers run 50-99, 100-249, 250-499, 500-999 and 1,000-plus, and the reduction reaches up to 35% off the fifty-piece price at the largest quantities. Ask for two quantities priced side by side, and check the larger one against your real sales plan rather than your ambition, because stock bought at a better unit price still has to be sold.
