Depending on your order size and design complexity, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from confirmation. We keep you updated throughout the process.
8. Do you accept returns?
Since products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we provide replacements or store credit.

2. Payment Terms
Our payment structure is as follows:
50% Advance – Required at the time of booking
20% Payment – Due when your full order is ready
20% Payment – Due at the time of delivery/shipping
10% Final Payment – Due once the product reaches you
No order will proceed to production or delivery unless the corresponding payment milestone is completed.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location or unforeseen circumstances. Velocity Wear is not liable for courier delays once the package has been dispatched. We offer international shipping, serving the US, UK, and Europe.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Since every order is customized, cancellations after confirmation and design approval are not eligible for a full refund. Refunds are only processed in cases of manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs provided by the client are assumed to be original or authorized. Velocity Wear holds no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement due to client-submitted content.
